"Alex is not a real doctor I needed to see a MD or DO which I wasn’t provided. I have numerous medical issues going on . I just came from Florida and it’s very hard to get what I need. I’m going to a different primary today and no pt until Dr.Bowen sees me no weight on right foot so no pt until I see a real doctor. Thank you for being kind ladies at the, front desk and nurses, thank you Alicia"

"It was fast and easy they even took me in 15 minutes early and they ask me if I can take certain medication before they apply it thank you for the best treatment and present visit."

"I have been going to Little Lake for a very long time. This us the first time I was furious when I left. Alex Le did not listen to a word I said. I had a severe panic attack and had to go to the er. I had my follow up appointment with Alex Le. I asked for a refill on one of my medications that I take when I have a panic attack that I can't control. I may take this medication once or twice a year. He informed me that he does not prescribe that medication. That it would be better if I used mediation instead. I told I already do that, plus yoga and many other techniques that have been taught to me through out my life. I have had panic attacks since I was a child. I know my body. I know what I need. I asked for only 10 pills. Which would last me a very long time. Still didn't listen too me. I was just done. So I just agreed with him and left. But not before he handed me information on meditation. It's not like I haven't been doing that for 30+ years!!"

"I have brought my 6 year old Granddaughter to the Willits Clinic several times. (she lives with me) The last 2 times have been great. Dr. Le is a new Doctor practicing there and he's really knowledgeable and personable"

"I absolutely adore the staff from the receptionists at the front desk in both the MCHC side and the care for her side to the doctors and nurses whom I have spoken to, as well as the referral department. The medical and the care for her side are amazing however as for the dental side if I counted that into the star rating, the 5 stars would drop down to 3 stars due to myself as a non-pregnant 26 year old female that has not been able to be seen and treated for my dental issues that will require me to need to have some work done and looked at. Overall however I would still say 5 stars for the cleanliness of the building, the friendly staff with a few of them being ones that I have seen working there for a while. I really truly do respect them highly. Scheduling appointments are very easy as well as quick in my experience. Whenever I call with questions, they are very kind and ready to help answer them if they are able to. I really do like this clinic."
