Our mission is to bridge the gap between people of color and independent schools in the Los Angeles area. We partner with independent schools to create pathways for underrepresented students and families of color to access, navigate, and thrive in private education. We provide guidance and support to underrepresented families of color throughout the private school admissions process and their independent school journey. Additionally, we are dedicated to diversifying independent school faculty by helping qualified educators of color find employment at schools that align with their educational philosophy.
