"As someone who manages about 20 grocery stores, I decided to purchase a beverage refrigerator to see if it was worth using throughout my store. As soon as I purchased it, there was a problem and I requested a warranty, but the compressor arrived 3 months later, but the product did not fit. I asked the staff to change it, and they said they couldn't change it. Return all waste to the place where it was produced. You won't get much of a chance. Don't ever do this horrible deal again. I requested that they provide the same compressor that caused the problem, but they were unable to do so. Does that make sense?"

"I own several businesses and I have never experienced such poor customer service. The doors were falling off this cooler in less than 4 months. I was willing to purchase new doors but no one even bothered to call me back. I also want to make it clear that I reviewed the security footage on this cooler to be sure that no one purposely damaged the cooler. I am requesting my money back at this time. I am very disappointed and would never do business with Cooler Depot again."

"Update on my terrible experience with these crooks….. they still suck!!! I filed a claim with BBB and my bank and with cooler depot they did not but hid in the shadows. Said they would come pick up my soft serve machines, what to sell them to someone else to be electrocuted and have them not work for them!?! And what about my refund??? That’s a joke never would see that from these people. Please please please do not do business with them!!! Please read the reviews and shop elsewhere DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!"
