"Unhelpful and disrespectful. He was supposed to call me last week according to her assistant Cristina. He didn’t and when I called 7 days later, even Cristina was surprised that he hadn’t called me. I wanted to cancel before Mercury bills me but he didn’t bother himself to let me know on a timely matter. I don’t get how people like him stay in business this long. Maybe by colliding with corrupted body shops and screwing over customers and insurance fraud?"
