"Came in had to look through the whole store to find what i was looking for while the 2 workers talked to themselves. Then after i found the dress and am speaking to my girl about things. They finish their conversations and rudely disrupt us to offer help and tell us about the sales. Customer service rude af. It was like an add at an obvious wrong point. There wasn't even a welcome in so it was silence till they disrupted a good conversation 8 minutes in"
"First time. I had a bad customer experience with Lee. She could have been more considerate regarding my transaction which the company deducted twice from my account. No fault of my own and yet I had to follow up and drive out of my way for her to in turn be irritated with me and not even offer any sincere apology or discount for my problems. Other than her being on vacation to why she should not have to go above and beyond her own title. BUT I would like to say a big thank you to Mariah for taking ownership and following through.
