"Made an appointment. I probably needed at max 30 minutes. Walked in and no one even looks up. I happened to interrupt the guy that I had the appointment with (Shelton) and he looked at the schedule and said he didn’t know about the appointment. I showed him a tile I liked (green), from another store, but need a shade lighter and not glass. He starts with - it will be hard to find a green tile. He (with resistance) shows me four tiles that were blue, or some pale grey/blue, and all were glass. After it was clear he wasn’t listening - 5 minutes - even after giving him feedback about the colors, I said I’d just look around. In 10 minutes or so, I found about 10 tiles that came close to the lighter green color requested. Ugh . I asked for two samples from the 10 samples I found that were promising, and he said they didn’t have any in stock. I had been there one other time and the woman was snobbishly rude. The tile I liked from prior visit would have cost more for significantly more for shipping than the tile. It felt like they don’t like serving a homeowner. Or maybe anyone. A lady walked in and said she wanted to pay for her tile, and with 4 people open (at their computers) she had to again interrupt…and wait quite a while. She was there after 15 minutes and I had left empty handed. Main point is - you usually know when someone ‘wants’ to help you, vs is bothered by the effort help. They all seemed like customer service was not part of their job title, and you were asking them a big favor to help navigate the store."

"This place is amazing! They have a huge selection to view in the showroom. It's displayed beautifully and easy to shop. If you want hands on assistance then book an appointment. No appointment, you can still look around."

"I think the idea of waiting almost a week to get an "appointment" due to COVID is ridiculous. As a business owner, I think you want to make it easy not difficult. I thought the state was reopened? I guess you didn't get the memo or perhaps you don't need the business. There's plenty of other places to shop for tile."

Keyla was very knowledgeable knew exactly what I was looking for right off the bat she was really nice and knew her stuff. These guys are great highly recommend."
