"I’m very sorry to say that this place was extremely disappointing. I am new to town and was hoping to find a dentist I trust and can go regularly to take care of my teeth. My appointment was at 10:30am, I was not seem by the dentist until 12:15pm. The dentist and the dental hygienist literally took less than 10 minutes to “clean” my teeth, I barely felt the tool touching my teeth. Even within that 10 mins of cleaning, other doctors and assistants keeps popping in and out of the room asking my dentist and dental hygienist questions, they paused the work to answer the questions at least 5 times throughout. The two hours I was there, the staff or the doctor never once asked if I’m doing ok or apologized for their delay since I’ve been waiting for so long, nor was I offered at least a cup of water while waiting. Every time I asked how much longer they just keep saying “you’ll be up soon”. Im actually a mother of an infant and is still breastfeeding. This huge delay caused my breast to become engorged and it was extremely uncomfortable to sit there forever and wait. I don’t feel that I will be taken care of by this dentistry moving forward so I, unfortunately, won’t be coming back. I hope the staff and the doctors see the review and reflect on how they can do better to attract good quality patients."

"DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!! I REPEAT DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!! the front desk is so rude and they don’t do their job right. My 2 kids go here for their braces and a few of their brackets each time are loose because the nurses do not put it on right so that they can charge me for no reason. They are very rude to each customer and instead of the nurses doing their job, they talk with their coworkers. Every single time I have went there, i wait 1+ hours. Please if you are looking for a dentist or anything regarding about dental please go somewhere else. it is not worth spending your hard earned money to some place that can’t do their job right."

"Do not bring your kids here. Do not waste your time. Terrible service! Front Office personnel is not capable to schedule a simple appointment. I have made two trips to this office and each time they did not have my daughter on their schedule. The Office receptionist looked me In the eyes and told me I did not have an appointment. She is the one who put us on the schedule last week and told us to come back the next week since they made a mistake and didn’t have orthodontist available to see my daughter. I had to take time off work to come in two weeks on the row just to find out we don’t have an appointment. There are tons of great dentists are out there. Don’t waste your time with this office."

"After a horrible experience at another dental office I was happy to find this office. The staff is always friendly for the most part and they managed to see my daughter who hates the dentist. Today was so disappointing though and I hope this review makes it to the doctors. I had a 3pm appt for a routine cleaning. This morning I get a call saying they need me to come in sooner so the appt was changed to 2pm. I re arranged a business appointment and my daughters school pick up to accommodate their last minute schedule change. I get there just before 2pm, check in and join the 6 other people in the waiting room. 2:20 came and no one has been called in yet. I asked the receptionist if they saw on their side that they called to say I needed to come sooner, I thought maybe they still showed me at 3. She said they know and they’ll get me in as soon as they can. I sat back down and then another patient came out of the room saying she needs to leave because she has been waiting over 1 1/2 hours and no one has gone in. Yikes, then another patient complained about her wait time. I overheard one of the hygienist? Or possibly another dentist? Ask the receptionist to call another client to say to come down now. Why? You have at least 6 people waiting. Why ask people to come wait in your lobby until past their original appointment time. All they could say was the doctors requested the appointments be moved up since the schedule looked slow when they checked it this morning. Clearly it wasn’t. I get it’s a Friday night and y’all want to go home but don’t make people go out of their way to rush to an appointment if your not anywhere near ready. We couldn’t even wait in rooms because they were all full of patients waiting already. I work in the medical field and I get things change unexpectedly and would have excused the inconvenience of coming in earlier if it was a case of being slow and then suddenly a case puts you behind but when they called another person, already knowing how behind they are to say can you come in now because they had a cancellation I knew it was my time to go as my time is valuable and no way would my 10 year old sit through another hour of waiting. They should have called and told people to come later I would have appreciated that much more and I’m sure others would have as well. Your lobby is decent but not decent enough that I want to spend my afternoon sitting there for no reason when I could have just come at my appointment time. Next time I’ll stick to my original appointment time."

"I LOVE THIS DENTIST! Everyone here is so nice and friendly! I’ve never waited longer than 10 minutes to be seen even when I’m late for my appointment (oops). They also have a top tier massage chair which is kind of awkward to use in a room full of people but I don’t even care. I had a great experience with my braces and I get compliments on my smile all the time! I also got my wisdom teeth removed here and they were so understanding when I was panicking but it ended up being quick and painless! Love this place!"
