I’ve been attending this dental center for over five years and everyone displays a high level of professionalism and tend to be very welcoming. Alex at the counter, in his serious personality is always attentive and accommodating. Miss Yolanda, seems to make it a task to memorize patients names, she makes me feel like family and is a super awesome being every time I show up. I can’t say that I’m the only one she treats well. She’s kind to everyone. The staff in general takes it to heart in emphasizing patient care and occasionally one gets schooled on how to maintain good dental hygiene. "I’ve been here for a root canal and crown and have had such a nice experience. Everyone involved in the entire process is very kind and helpful. Making an appointment is easy and come with call/text confirmations for clear communication. The front desk staff were sweet and answered all questions I had before/after the procedures, including helping me get the procedures approved with my insurance. Dr. Kang was my dentist and assisted by Fernanda both times. Both procedures were done quickly and without pain! Fernanda explained the procedures to me and even showed me how the crown is scanned and milled in-house. Very cool and reassuring being able to see what exactly is happening. Even the consultation and x-rays (my least favorite part of any dental exam) were nice. They were able to accommodate for my smaller mouth and get clear scans without pain. Overall, I can tell the staff here really care about the comfort and well-being of their patients. Professional and does quality work :)"
