"My first time going to this place to have my teeth cleaned, I was laying down on the chair and noticed a roach crawling out of the vent on the ceiling. I watched the roach as it crawled out and was right above me and thought to myself this roach better not fall from the ceiling cause my mouth is wide open as the hygienist is cleaning my teeth. Well of course the roach falls from the ceiling and I screamed and sat up. It falls on the ground besides me and the hygienist jumped up and I told her the roach fell from the ceiling. She quickly grabs some tissue and picks the roach up. They told me the restaurant next door had some extermination done so the roaches probably scattered and came to their area. My second time coming back to get my teeth cleaned, I looked up at the ceiling looking at the vents and noticed some dead bugs. My thought again as long as it doesn’t move and crawl right above me. As the hygienist start cleaning my teeth she sprayed the water in my mouth and it had a sour taste like vinegar. I tell her the water taste sour like vinegar so she sprays into a cup and tasted it. She calls another lady and the other lady comes in and takes the container holding the water and takes it to the back and washes it. The hygienist continues to clean my teeth and sprays water and I tell her it still tastes sour and she tells me “Don’t worry it’s safe I drank it.” The hygienist should as least run the water through the hose until the vinegar is cleared out but instead she continues to spray that water in my mouth and keeps telling me “it’s safe I drank the water and they changed the water”. Basically I sat there with sour water sprayed in my mouth as she continues to clean my teeth. Towards the end the sour taste in the water was less. When she was done cleaning my teeth the water running through the hose cleared the sour taste in the water. The hygienist tells me they use vinegar to kill the bacteria. This is the first time I’ve been to a dental office and experienced anything like that. The staff is very nice but something like that should have been better prepped for patients."

"I love going to this dentist office as much as someone can love going to the dentist. Dr. Davoudi is a great dentist and is very personable. She has a great staff that always aims to please!! John, Thank you for all your help with my insurance! It doesn't go unnoticed."

"Worst dentist ever! They have some kind of pain torture chamber there. I didn’t have any problems until I went for a crown. My jaw still hurts I was in so much pain she just kept drilling until my mouth was bleeding and I had to physically stop her! What the heck she needs her license revoked! My mouth still hurts it’s been over a month! She was drilling on another tooth that was fine and already crowned years ago without having a temporary in place. She doesn’t know what the heck she’s doing! I’ve never had a worse experience in my life! I’ve had lots of surgeries and other crowns and fillings never had to have more than 1 short she gave me 3 and just kept drilling! Unbelievable! Don’t go there especially don’t take any kids there! Unless you like pain and torture chambers!"
