"I have scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago because My son chipped a tooth. When I got there the receptionist was telling a mom that She didn’t confirm the appointment and They were going to see her daughter after the 10:00am appointment. I told the receptionist my son is the 10:00am appointment. So They call that mom first and We had to wait for an hour. After waiting for so long I decided to leave. I thought a children chipping a tooth and being in pain was more important for a Dentist than putting some new braces. I guess money is more important to a dentist. Than my son being in pain."
