"Long time regular customer. Love the food. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed in the customer service today. My order was canceled 30 minutes after placing the order. Either shut down the ordering apps before you open, cancel the order immediately, or accommodate the order even though you are busy. Canceling an order 30 minutes later is so very inconsiderate and created a great inconvenience."
