"They won't take any responsibility for their faulty actions. They damaged two of my very expensive shirts within two weeks and they did the same to one of my son's shirts as well. I took my shirts back to show them the extent of the damages they have done, but they do not accept any responsibility. Our shirts have shrunk two sizes and we are not able to wear them any more. We already switched our cleaners. Be carful with them."

New customer called today morning asking about specials for machine press was ad on yelp 1.25 for 4 shirt I brought 20 shirts the lady start aggregate my frustration by saying oh I forget till u its $ 2.99 instead 1.25 because u didn't got any dryclean then I told u didn't say that then she start go thought shirt atlest 3 times then she tell me 8 of them will cost my around 3 to 2 dollars not 1.25 very bad."

"Absolutely love their service and superb quality--such nice people and they consistently do a thorough job with my shirts, ties and suits as everything comes organized and ready-two-year (which is the most important aspect for me). They do great alterations too. I've used well over 20 different dry cleaners throughout Orange County; it's not the closest to my house but I'm willing to travel for such good quality. 5-star cleaner."

"Do NOT waste time/money laundry or dry clean your shirt here unless you don't mind wearing a very wrinkle shirt. I had them clean more than 15 shirts in the last 2 months, and I received them back all wrinkle. I told them they need to button up 1 or 2 more buttons along the shirt (chest and belly area) to keep it from collapsing and I noticed other dry cleaner put one plastic clip on the neck button to keep the collar in shape and they put another clip to hold the sleeves together to keep the sleeves from collapsing and creating wrinkles. I politely told one of the owners there, and her face immediately turned from smiley to dislike, and she reluctantly reworked one shirt for me but the problem is not the ironing, it is the way they fold and hang the shirts. She won't listen and she refused to rework my other shirts. She said it's gonna be less wrinkle if I put it on. Well, here is the picture, and I have over 10 shirts like this. Sigh... I have to spend another $20 somewhere else to re-wash/re-iron all these shirts. Very disappointed by their service, lack of patience/care to customer. Attached photo is a common issue among all the shirts I have received back from them. You can be the judge if I am an over-demanding customer or they simply don't know how to take care of shirts. They do know how to wash and iron pants, but I won't go back there since I really want my shirts well done. Cheap is good, but they recent increased the price so cheap is no more, and quality is .... not there either."
