"I have been going to F. Lofrano & Son for about 5 years now. In each occasion (about 5), my BMW or Lexus came out looking perfect. Not close, not great job, but perfect. They have negotiated with insurers successfully every time they find issues the insurers estimate does not cover. It is also nice they give you a ride to the local rental place. I live 35 miles from them now, but have not considered going a different body shop once because of the quality of staff and service."

"AMAZING. Greg was super helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. They made it so easy for me to get/drop off the rental car and they took care of all the go between with my insurance. I loved that they called every couple of days with an update and I loved it even more that my car was ready a week early. Overall the experience was personable helpful and efficient! Plus, my car looks great!"
