The owner called me after I had picked up my car recently and told me that the last oil change (window tag) I got at RSM Ford was the wrong oil for the car. He was absolutely correct, I took it in the same day for the right oil. They do the big thing and the little things that make a difference."

"Brought my wife's 2001 Grand Caravan in for a four wheel alignment. Was told by Luis it wasn't that far out of specs, the rear couldn't be done without major work anyway and they did some minor adjustments for the front. I was out the door in less than an hour. Very honest and friendly!!"
"We took our RV in for new front brakes as we had been told that they needed to be replaced. Upon checking they notified us that they were in good shape but our tires needed to be replaced. They gave us a quote for 4 new tires and we agreed to have them purchase them for us and do the installation and balancing needed. All this was done at a very fair price. They couldn’t have been more courteous or helpful. I would recommend them to anyone as their service is exemplary"
