"they quoted me $115 to ship to norcal then when the bill comes they charge you extra $65 for residential. my regular freight charges me $125 delivered thought I can save a buck or 2 but this was my first time using them. will not deal with them again."
"My honest review. If I could give 0 stars I would. Freight that should take 1-2 days took 7 days on one occasion 14 days on another instance. There is no honest feedback from the agents and their brokers. Their trace website changes the expected delivery date to the next date every single morning. Do not use Central Transport if you are trying to avoid vendor reputation damages and loss of revenue."
"First this company was informed I had a hot shipment needed for delivery in a Friday and was shipped on a Wrdnesday. It was only going from northern California to southern California. The order couldn't be tracked so I called and waited for an hour on hold for a rep. Then I was told they didn't ship it anywhere just left it in a where house in Sacramento because they couldn't read their own BOL for the delivery address. They didn't call the shipper or me the receiver, just sat on it! They wouldn't take the address from me only the shipper so I called him. He sat on hold an hour and gave them the address. Then the tracking still didn't work. Called again and another hour. Then I am told it won't arrive until Monday. After hours of trying to rectify this problem I relented to Monday though it has cost me $1,000 a day it was late. Now on Sunday I track the shipment and it says won't be delivered until Tuesday! No call, no explanation. The worst company EVER!. THEY ARE RUDE AND LONG WAIT TIMES AND TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE GARBAGE. THEY MAKE ERRORS AND REFUSE TO FIX THEM. STAY AWAY!"
