"I don't understand why this center only has 1.4 star's. I went in Feb. 4th. And was nervous about what to expect. James welcomed me like if we were buddies hanging out. He showed me to my room that was super spacious and clean and he just made me feel relaxed. We even cracked a few jokes as he got me set up for the CPAP. He explained to me the whole process and even put on a good movie channel on the TV before bed time. His assistant Katie (if I remember correctly) also was super nice and explained all the wires to me. Over all it was a great experience and not at all like other people are saying. Please give this center a chance."

"I’ve had a sleep study years ago and it was a very comfortable setting the rooms were made to look like a real room. I know with COVID things have gotten more sterile and it’s made so everything can be washed etc but this was dreary at best. It looks like a cheap motel room the beds are sunk in, in the middle so it was killing my knee. Aside from it taking literally over 2 months to get an appointment when I got there I called like they asked to confirm your there so I did then asked her to give me 5 min ( I was early anyway) she said “I guess..” Sorry I had 2 broken ribs so I was moving a little slow. That same nurse was just mean rude and short with me. She didn’t make eye contact at all. I can’t remember her name but she had tattoos and pigtails. She acted like she hated being there every second. I honestly just wanted to go home right away because there’s nothing like being in a strange place hooked up to a million wires being looked over by an unwelcoming seemingly unhappy unapproachable snide person. I get homesick easy so by the time 3:06 am rolled around I was more than over it. She even raised her voice at me because SHE tripped over wires. I asked her what would cause my O2 to go down she chuckled and snidely said “smoking?” and left the room. :/ uncalled for."

"The facility was unsatisfactory. It was a tiny room no television no Internet. 10 rooms sharing two bathrooms during covid. . I was told they cleaned between peoples uses but I know they did not because someone had left a paper towel on the floor and it was still there the next time I got up during the night It was very cold. There were holes in the carpet I would not take my shoes off when I got up to go to around in the room. There was a no cup or anything provided to brush your teeth for an overnight stay I was not about to use the communal bathroom for this. On my second visit to try out equipment they had only one mask it was too large for my face and that’s all they had so I said thank you very much and I left."

"I took my 2 month old son for a sleep study and I had a great experience. Kim and Rebekah were very nice and gentle with him. They provided a crib for my son. I would give my experience 5 stars, I gave the office overall 4 stars because it took a couple of weeks for them to allow me to schedule this appointment."
