"I’ve been to most of the well-received nail salons in the Inner Richmond area and have become a regular at Milan SF Nails. What I appreciate about this place in particular is that their service isn’t disingenuous. I don’t get the impression that are just trying to take my money by rushing my appointment or squeezing me in between other customer. The women here take their time with each client to ensure the best job possible. I believe this is a three woman team, all of whom I recognize at this point, and each of them tend to lean towards a speciality but always step in to help each other when needed. I have been satisfied with my nails each time and highly reccomend this place to anyone else wants the same in a welcoming and calm environment."

"Scheduling my gel removal appointment online was easy, as was checking in when I arrived. The salon was bright and clean with a calming ambiance. Staff members were kind and efficient but I never felt rushed. My nail technician was responsive and happy to adjust my nail shape when I asked for a change (from square to oval). I look forward to going back to get my nails done for my graduation."

"I've been coming to these women for nearly a year. Each visit has been a good experience! They were a new spot when I first came in; they may have been here a couple of months before I came in. They do a very nice job for my monthly mani-pedi. I wear multifocal lenses and have cut my toes at least a couple of times because it's too blurry - I'm so glad that they're here and able to keep my blood-letting to a minimum. I'd definitely recommend their salon to folx who live nearby (as well as further away)."
