"I have been a BofA customer for 30 years. They would not allow me to cash a US bank check from my employer there. I was only given the option to deposit the check and wait until tomorrow to withdraw funds. My checking account is in good standing and i have a lengthy transaction history with this account. Absolutely embarrassing that a bank would not cash a check from another bank for a long time customer. Bank of America apparently does not care not value their long time customers, they are too corporate and out of touch for the average person."

"Set up an appointment, get a text message while I'm in the bank cancelling my appointment, had to do business with the teller, who was more than helpful. Not my usual branch, since they were the only branch open on a Saturday."
