"Horrible customer service i will no longer come to this pico rivera location They close at whatever hours when google says it’s open but the worker said their computers are down Why is this always happening at this location only???????"

"Used to have great customer service. Now is really bad. When I asked for any specials or deals the guy at the counter was dry and not willing to help. He seem upset we were there 20 min before closing, even looked at his wrist for the time (though he forgot his watch at home). On top of that when his female coworker attempted to help (seemed ashamed at his attitude) he corrected her in a rude manner. To make things worst he was wearing his mask with his nose out! Come on people! You want business? Treat Customers like you care about their health and their bottom line."

"My wife has been going here since the beginning of summer to get supplies for our above ground pool. They will test your water for free, most of the employees are very helpful. Except for the so called manager, why would he try to sale my wife a $300.00 pool vacuum when the pool was almost $200.00. This made no sense to us either. On Saturday I went in to buy a couple of replacement hoses, that they had in stock. The "manager" took a razor blade out and started trimming down the ends. I asked him not to due to the rubber o-ring gasget fits in it. Without knowing anything about my system he began to argue with me. I told him I'm not here to argue with you as he continued on. I asked "do I need to take my business elsewhere?" He arrogantly replied "that's fine, I can't help you ". I commented "I'm guessing your the manager?" He replied "yes I am" (in an arrogant cocky tone). I responded "boy you have a very arrogant and cocky personality". I asked for the number to their corporate office along with his name. I called them and filed a complaint, waiting for a return call. Will post their response."

"I have been going to this store since 1995 the first 2 managers Frank and Wally have been the 2 best managers after 22 years of spending my money here they no longer have my business thanks to this Cocky Argentina manager who is very unprofessional. I have spent easily $25000 in all the years coming here let me give you some advice don't waste your time or money here go somewhere else. Poor service by this Argentinian fire him!!!!!!! Go to Cerritos with Richard better service"
