"never answering the phone and not helpful at all. I had to do a Leep procedure and after months they managed to schedule an appointment in Santa Monica. The day before the appointment they called me at 7pm to tell me they didn’t have the machine to do the procedure. They didn’t care at all to schedule me another appointment or call another doctor for one. Horrible experience"
"My experiences with Dr. Wilson have all been excellent. She is compassionate, intelligent, and personable. The office is no-frills but I was able to get a first time appointment within 24 hours."
"Front office staff is not helpful at all. I called multiple times and was told I would receive a callback at certain times and that never happened. I’ve been emailing, calling and leaving voicemails and no luck. Dr. Wilson rushed me every time we interacted,instead of providing answers to questions I was asking. I’ve felt really tired and lonely trying to communicate with the staff and doctors at this place. If you need anything more than a routine check up, I advise going somewhere else."
"Plaza Towers is withholding my wife's prenatal medical records and the office staff will not cooperate after multiple attempts and requests. We have spoken to several receptionists, left multiple voicemails, and sent several emails, and nothing as been responded to. Our new doctors that we are trying to get set up with in our new city that we just moved to have even reached out on our behalf with no success. We were told last Monday that this information would be sent to us by the end of last week, which it has not. We moved across country so we do not have the ability to physically come into the office to obtain these records. At this point, the unprofessional behavior of the office staff is enough to undo any good from the doctors during our in time in LA. My wife's pregnancy has had a few complications so far, and at this point they are preventing her from receiving further care which we desperately need. We are now reaching out on social media in hopes that SOMEONE from this office will PLEASE reply to our emails or voicemails with our medical records that we have requested so many times."
"Dr Gould is very nice and professional. She took the time to answer all my questions and showed that she really cares. She even called me a few days later to gave me my test results. I never had a dr called me before with results, only office staff. I am very happy with the service."
