Third, the second key fob shipped to the store was broken. Finally would not recommend Toyota or this service location."

"They took over 4 hours and did zero repairs. They were friendly, but it didn't make sense to keep a car that long when no repairs were done, and I had an appointment. I didn't just drive in."

"Nice people but I’ll never come back here again. An oil change was almost $350! The Toyota service center in Marina de Rey is $200 less expensive. It also took 2.5 hours to do the oil change even though I had an appointment."

"Should have read the reviews. I’m so furious. I was charged $219 for them to merely run a code, nothing else – you can go anywhere else and this service is free. I asked several questions and was spoken to very condescendingly. I might be a young woman but I actually know a lot about cars and was not only taken advantage of but felt really disrespected. I know what I am talking about! The price and the treatment was very upsetting. I will be contacting corporate. Go elsewhere for your service and don’t get taken advantage of like me."
