After this review I was called by a nasty man - the business manager who again made the situation worse with a completely wrong attitude. "I came in with a very bad tooth abscess after being bounced around by my HMO insurance dental network for 4 months. I have EXTREMELY high dental anxiety and honestly thought that I might just die from the infected tooth rotting away in my head at this point. Dr Cutts has a no nonsense, patient first approach and went over the pros and cons of extraction vs root canal. Rather than trying to sell the more expensive procedure, he helped me come to a decision keeping my health and anxiety as the top priority. "I Lost Time and Money. And now Im in pain every day. I do not recommend this dentist. When I started there over a year ago, Dr Cutts was confident he could help my orthodontic situation. Slowly, over time, his solutions were not working. In fact, my mouth became worse. He eventually said he Couldnt Help Me anymore and sent me off to an orthodontist. This new orthodontist wont even touch my mouth for liability reasons - I left Dr Cutts worse than when I started. Ive already spent thousands of dollars repairing the Damage that happened under his care. Until my mouth is back to normal, his recommended orthodontist will not help me. Now I deal with Daily Pain on the bottom side of my mouth that hasnt gone away. Its been 4 months. What a disaster. I made a huge mistake coming here. Your experience may be different - this is only mine. His office is nice and he has had many happy patients. I always enjoyed talking with him and his staff. Maybe these problems wouldve happened to me wherever I went. Who knows. Do what you want, its your mouth. What have you got to lose?"
