I did not have to do my online skills portion since I did it through my school and STS was able to accept my certificate and did not require me to re-do the course. I came to the hands on portion and everything went very smoothly. I did have a question about combining two appointments and they gave me the green light since nobody else had come into the room yet. Very responsive both online and on the phone. Just wish they had a portion where you could pay for only hands on skills, instead of having to pay for both!"
