"Nancy and Christina (the manager)are by far the rudest employees at this place. I will never come back here again the unacceptable behavior I received today was completely insulting. I went in 15 minutes prior to closing time. They were rudely and approach me instead, I had to hurry up because they were closing stealing. One customer didn’t even get his free items because Nancy said I’m trying to hurry up and leave. I can care less. I’m giving this customer free item. I would like management or corporate to look into this because I cannot believe this just happened. Rude and snotty employees."

"I love this location. Ever since we first went when our baby was fresh we’ve been coming here twice a month. Our daughter will be 7 months this month. Everyone working is so friendly and love to see our daughter. They play awesome music, good energy pretty much every time we are there. Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. Seems people take the way they have to do their job personally lol I’ve never ever had an issue with anyone. Super helpful, had no clue what to do the first time and Nancy had walked us through the process, now we have a routine. We get greeted by almost every person in there even when we stopped in right before close long once! I love it, so happy to have found this place."
