"My mom rented from here. It is unfortunate she passed away. The manager doesn't like to hear anything you have to say. She is rude. She only wants the rent money and doesn't care about keeping up the maintenance of the apartment. Unit is infested with bed bugs but nothing is done to prevent bed bugs from coming back. They will just rent to the next person. They don't want to give back the deposit & say you owe money. This is crazy. Charging for treatment of bed bugs , 3 coats of paint & gloss on the fake wood floor. Don't rent from here."
"Do not rent from this property or any properties associated with Miracle Miles. stay away at all cost! They have bed bugs in the units and I had to throw out a lot of my personal items. The property manager is rude and doesn’t like to do her job. They will NOT refund you your deposit and make up false claims and accusations so that they don’t have to refund you Your deposit. Never again will I be renting from any apartments associated with Miracle Miles properties"
"Overpriced, continuous rent-raising, no privacy, nosy gang of kids always outside, out-dated structure, creaks with every step, neighbors occasionally vandalize vehicles, also roach infested.The only thing good about it is the location."
