"I joined a class action lawsuit for unpaid wages as a fellow employee had already started the lawsuit. I had attempted to go through Labor and Industries originally but L&I said a judge would not see my case until this one was completed. Before I joined and even after I joined, I was told over and over again, I would receive potentially 3 checks- 1 for my direct unpaid overtime wages, 1 for the class action settlement, and possibly an incentive award. I received approximately half of what my individual case was worth. I only received two checks- one for the class settlement and one for an incentive. Meanwhile the law firm received 1/3 of the total lawsuit. I will never be able to recover my individual wages from the overtime now that the case has closed. This firm gives a lot of sales men pitches, did not explain the process well or at all at times, and it was like pulling teeth to get any type of communication from them. I regret joining the class action lawsuit."

"It's been almost two years and still they haven't closed my case.I been trying to reach them for months and still haven't replied.When I asked of why they couldn't update me they said it was because they had too many clients and are too busy.I very much regret ever choosing this company.I was going to change it but they promised to update me and fight for me.That promise lasted a week and I am now being treated like I don't matter and getting much less than what they are making off my case. I don't even know the name of my attorney because she never bothered to call me. Zero respect for their clients."
