"He was nice. I do wish there was something that he could have had on his shoes. Overall the carpet is cleaner. But the main reason was for a huge coffee stain. Now that it’s dry, it’s lighter but not gone. It was about a week or so old and I really thought Coit could remove it completely. Also, I wasn’t aware my front door had to be open the entire time! Down the stair rails were smudges and black marks that were not there before. We were able to wipe those off. But I do think it’s from the rubbing of the hose. Thanks"

"Our carpet is 30 years old but thanks to Coit it still looks good. The technician placed pads under our heavy furniture as well as moved some dining chairs to another room. He removed most of the coffee spots on our stairs and added Scotchgard. Overall, our carpet looks clean and much better than before cleaning."
