"I deal with clinics every single day and I don’t know why the staff at IVFLA called me back and nearly yelled at me for idk what. They claimed they called me back when they never did and interrupted me 4x in one conversation very aggressively and completely unprompted. Unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I saw another review about the same person. No business working phones or with patients. I would rather drive 200 miles for monitoring than go 15 miles and be spoken to this way."

"My fiancé and I were told we couldn’t get pregnant naturally due to my fiancés low sperm count. We were told to seek help so we found Dr Presser. He has been nothing but amazing! He took the time to get to know us and our situation, he gave us the right tips to help us be healthier when it came time for us to have a baby. We didn’t end up going through the actual IVF process because we surprisingly got pregnant naturally! But I honestly believe it wouldn’t have happened if Dr Presser didn’t point us in the right direction on the right vitamins to take and all the test we did. "IVF WORKED!! After four years of infertility and a horrible, traumatic experience with a previous infertility doctor, we found Dr. Presser. Dr. Presser restored the faith and hope my husband and I had lost at becoming parents. He was genuinely invested in our journey from our first consult, through our IVF journey, to our first pregnancy test; he was there every step of the way. Starting IVF is scary and incredibly overwhelming, but I can whole heartily say that through the process, I never felt stressed or scared as Dr. Presser and his staff over-communicated and checked in with me every step of the way. He has been a true gift on my fertility journey with my spouse. He is brilliant, knowledgeable and a great person. It's rare to find the level of care Dr.Presser offers. "My husband and I could not be happier with our experience at IVFLA Fertility. Dr. Presser and his team are incredible people and providers. We had been struggling with our pregnancy journey for years before we decided to reach out for help. Both of us were emotionally spent after so much disappointment. Dr. Presser was more than just our doctor, he was also our friend and support system. He made sure to take the time to answer all of our (many) questions. We were both shocked and thrilled after the first visit because he spent so much time getting to know us and making us feel comfortable. It's not just about the medicine for Dr. Presser. He treats the whole person. I am happy to share that we are now expecting twins! We had an excellent experience IVFLA after we conceived as well. Dr. Presser's ultrasound tech, Kelly, was incredible. He is one of the most caring clinicians I have every met. I would highly recommend this practice. I can't imagine that I could've had a better experience any where else."
