"This facility will make no effort to find your previous mammograms. They expect you to bring the files with you. Even though my medical files were accessible no effort was made to locate them. I guess at ucsd when they went the extra mile to find files that were not easily accessible, is the exception."

"I along w everyone have become a critic w nothing good to say only leaving negative or very positive reviews. Now waiting a long time before sharing experiences in this case, 6 months. In Nov 2020 pandemic lockdown appts stressful esp w special needs 13 yr old remote learner left unsupervised at home w Plan A-C's... A lot of planning & prep. My appt was 11:50 am. Lunchtime is a BIG deal here. 1/2 staff left at noon, ghost town. The rude, horrendous staff stayed. Covid check in & paperwork took so long, I thought the tablet info was completed & didn't hit the "button". I live w vestibular migraines so was glad to get out of bed that day. Tech finally came out, asked if I was done so handed her tablet. She was outright upset it wasn't completed, told me to come back after 1pm & walked away. Desk person could have cared less. My hubby drove over to talk to mgt after left w panic & vertigo outright bewildered people like this live amongst us. Mgt kinda tried to convince to me return yet my feeling is... disrespect & verbally abuse this patient, you don't get to feel me up mammogram or not."
"Very rude staff member. Upon giving me a tablet and telling me to hold onto it until the technologist came to get it, I asked if I should stand there. She said no. Sit down..very rudely. I replied that she didn't tell me that snd she snapped back with "I didn't think I had to""
