"I had an amazing dental experience at this office. To start off, they were able to fit me in on my day off from work. Everyone was so friendly when you enter the office. I saw Dr. Gladvin and he was so detailed and thorough. He showed me a 3D image of my teeth and reviewed all of my concerns. I saw Anna, the hygienist, for my cleaning. She was super gentle and gave me great recommendations on my gum health. Kim was so friendly and went through my copays and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Gladvin and his team!"

"Glad to have finally moved on from this place after 15 years. The office staff has never been great. Very long wait times for the majority of my visits, when I would take time off work to arrive promptly. I had to go over the billing with them every single time I've had anything done because they never fail to surprise you with a line item for a service you didn't actually receive. I sat waiting for an entire hour last time I was in the office for my routine check up after having been rescheduled prior. Got up and walked out and decided it was time to find somewhere new. The actual dentists have been good, but the office staff has never performed well. I've since switched over to a PPO and found a much more professional dental office."

"I recently visited here as a new patient. This practice would not allow me to get a standard cleaning that would be covered by my insurance. Instead, they would only allow me to get some sort of "deep" cleaning that wasn't fully covered by insurance and would cost me $80 out of pocket. I asked if I could just have the standard cleaning covered fully by my insurance, as I have never had to pay for a regular cleaning in my adult life at any other dental practice. However, they told me this was not an option because I had been "diagnosed" as "needing" a "deep clean." They also tried to sell me on an even more expensive laser cleaning of some sort. Also, this is the only dentist I have ever gone to where I scheduled a standard new patient cleaning appointment and they did not have a hygienist available to actually do the cleaning at my scheduled appointment time. They wanted me to come back later that day or schedule another appointment to get the cleaning done. This may work for someone who doesn't have a job, but after already taking time off work in the morning, I could not just "go grab lunch" and come back again later. I promptly declined my to be scheduled in the future $80 cleaning appointment and switched dentists with my insurance. I don't recommend, unless you are looking to be charged for services that no other dentist charges for. Save your money and go elsewhere."

"The staff is amazing, very friendly and professional from the moment you walk in and throughout the appointment. I have had a good fortune on having Dr. Jackson and Dr.Aulick as my dentist. Both doctors are passionate on what they do, After having a previous experience that was not ideal, I am lucky to find a new dentist that I could trust. Both doctors are so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. I’m currently in treatment with Dr.Ta the orthodontist in the office and let me tell you she is amazing, she answered every questioned I asked when I had my consultation done with her. I am 100% satisfied with their service. I Highly RECOMMEND this office."
