"If you want to feel like a worthless human being, look no further! The support staff is great, but the doctors ( the ones we pay so much money for) can use a few lessons in basic manners. On my recent teledoc visit, I was told, "Your body is like a bicycle. If you don't use it, it will rust." Huh? I'm 60 years old, in good shape. I exercise daily. My hip has been hurting for three months. Does the doctor not listen? I think she is very kind, probably overworked. But I feel hopeless after every appointment. My insurance sucks, though, so I'll settle for mediocre for the time being."

Yet this clinic is always empty... this wasn't an urgent matter but needed medical help to prevent an urgent matter... customer service said NO SAME APPOINTMENT NO EXCEPTIONS...I am new to this clinic... sadly I will have start looking for a place that cares for patients health..."

"Probably one of the most unorganized and unprofessional medical clinics I’ve ever been to. The office staff would not communicate a message regarding a missing prescription for a vaccine to my PCP Dr. Melchor. As a health care professional, a prescription for this vaccine is critical for my safety as a provider. I would ask the office staff a question one week, and they would tell me to follow up the next week (as they didn’t have the answer) in case they “forgot” to call me back. When I would follow up the subsequent week, they wouldn’t have whatever question I had answered or respective issue resolved. Frustrated, I asked for the name of the person answering my call. The woman answering my call then hung up on me! I then called back and spoke to another woman. I asked her if she could give me the name of the woman who had hung up on me. She stated she was legally unable to do so. I then asked for the manager. She told me she was the manager. I then asked the manager for her first and last name. She told me her first name was Rebecca, but that she was legally unable to tell me her last name. I then asked her how I could file a complaint. She told me someone would call me back to assist me in filing a complaint. I asked her when I should expect the call. She replied that she couldn’t give me an answer. DO NOT COME HERE FOR CARE. I’m astounded as to how difficult it has been to get basic preventative care from this clinic. As a healthcare professional, I have the resources and knowledge to advocate for myself, yet I still had difficulty receiving treatment for my medical needs. For other laypeople that lack this knowledge, it would be even easier for the clinic to ignore their medical needs and dismiss their questions."
