"This is a review for the Pilates studio which opened in January 2024. The teachers are the PTs from the attached physical therapy office, which really gave me confidence in starting to work out after recovery from a longstanding injury. And the teachers are all consistently excellent -- I believe I've taken classes with all but one and I have never had a class that I didn't come out of feeling amazing. The equipment is extensive -- reformers, chairs, spring board/wall, and all sorts of other devices at the ready -- and kept clean and in great shape. 8 reformers in the studio so classes stay small. It's perfect!!"
