"Happy with my apartment and the complex. Read my review and decide if you want to move here or take your money somewhere else. Pros. Manger and staff are professional and friendly. They handle things pretty fast around here and are on it with maintenance and other stuff. Complex looks a little old on the outside but they do a pretty good job keeping it up. They’re always doing maintenance projects around here and do a good job keeping the place clean too. The apartments inside are updated, kept up, and nice considering being older. Cons. Parking is HORRIBLE and is the worst things about this complex! Especially if you have more than 1 car and most people around here do. If you need a place with guaranteed parking I would rethink moving here. We only get 1 parking spot but before I didn’t even have one bcuz I was in a studio. I had to transfer but I get it parking is limited. There’s inconsiderate people that take other residents parking spots! I’ve come home late many times to find someone parked in my spot and I have no where to park bcuz all street parking is full!! Then there’s inconsiderate people that will park on the street instead of using their parking spots! Their parking spots will be empty and their cars will be parked on the street taking up space. They should be considerate of others and park their cars in their spot so there is more street parking for others. We share parking with the complex behind us. This has its own problems. Don’t want to get into it but if you know you know. The street sweeper comes EVERY SINGLE MONDAY! So if you leave your car out on the street on Monday you’ll get a ticket guaranteed. Don’t even know what they sweep to be honest bcuz the street still looks dirty to me. There are almost no amenities at the complex. Pool and laundry only. The REAL problem here though…. THE PEOPLE! If you want a place with nice neighbors I would rethink moving here. The people here could be friendlier and care more about others and where they live. They aren’t thoughtful or respectful to others. They don’t follow any rules. Like I said they take other residents parking spots. No one watches their kids. Kids are always running wild with no parent. People don’t pick up after their dogs. There’s dog poop on the sidewalk sometimes. Dogs are always barking and running around without a leash. People litter and don’t pick up after themselves. People are loud and have no respect for their neighbors. On top of all that they’re super nosy! Most residents don’t have jobs and are home all day. There is one lady that sits outside all day every day watching everyone’s every move and making people uncomfortable. One time I was coming home and she told me “your home early today”. Excuse me? Keeping tabs? Reviews about breakins and roaches. Never had roaches bcuz I’m clean. Breakins sometimes happen not gonna lie but that’s everywhere now days. I would give this complex 5 stars if there was better people but those are examples of the people that live here. We need better neighbors. Can’t be a 5 star complex with 1 star people. Otherwise not a bad place to live."

"I being living in my apartment since 2014 it's a very nice neighborhood I love my neighbors people talking about how the apartment is infected with roaches well that's not true you've to keep your apartment clean I don't have roaches, but the manager and the rest of the staffs are very friendly people, so yes we have people that want to vandalize the property but don't blame it on the Apartment owner. If you want to move in here judge it for yourself not on other you'll enjoy it. I guarantee."
