"Awful customer service. Front desk never answers the phone. You are scheduled for an appointment time and you are not seen for hours after the scheduled appointment time. Office and treatment areas are filthy"

"Very disappointed with the service my daughter received today, she was there for 3 hours for 6 month checkup . It took 2 hours for her to be called back then waited there for another hour for them to clean her teeth… this place has horrible customer service , staff not helpful at all. They over booked people and the overall rating is a 0 !!! Management definitely needs to act to improve patient care!!!!!"

"Showed up to my appointment on time, took an hour to be called, did X rays, sat and waited another hour and was not seen by the dentist. The receptionist stated that both doctors were doing treatments and would get to me when they finished. What was the point of having an appointment? Everyone was nice but they need to work on scheduling."

"There were 3 staff members in the from office. 2 of them were rude and unorganized. I dealt with all of them at one point because they don’t communicate with each other properly. I haven’t seen the dentist yet and I’m having second thoughts about waiting any longer. 10am appointment, it’s almost 11 and now, they just asked me again if I filled out my paperwork and turned in my id. They left me standing there for 5 minutes then one of the girls said with an attitude “You don’t have to wait here, you can sit down”…. I gave 4 stars instead of 2 because the staff inside and dentist were very professional and caring. I’m not going to give a bad review just because 2 girls were rude at reception, perhaps some customer service retraining should be implemented but the office as a whole is a good place."

"I was horrified had a mouth injury took 2-3 years to heal resulting in loss of teeth & bone extreme pain on ER basis saw Dr Ye had to have 5 teeth removed, & bone graphs for each with an extreme gag reflex, I was alone & have anxiety, medi cal & money Issues Yesenia worked it out got me a loan easy monthly pymts they were patient and kind with me kept me calm the atmosphere was comfy music soothing clean & professional! Thank you Everyone Blessings"
