"I called two days before to arrange for a 5am pick up and they weren’t there and told me they were running behind. At first I was okay, but by 5:15 I was told “7 more minutes”. I got mad, cancelled and ended up driving myself to the hospital. The whole point of scheduling the pick up in the first place was so I wouldn’t have to wake my family up and so I wouldn’t have to worry about picking my car up later on after the anesthesia wore off. Completely unreliable and not worth your money. This is not my first time using the service and they won’t even pick you up on the fly either. They shouldn’t even be in business as a cab company."
"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I had to use this taxi service several times while on a work trip and the drivers are all fantastic, really nice people. But I had to call the taxi to get to the airport the day it was time to go home, the lady hung up on me twice as I was trying to get all the information finalized, and then tried saying I must’ve done it, but that’s beside the point. Was very rude and talked to me and my boss like we were 4 years old, then threatened to cancel my cab after I’d already paid for it just because I asked if we could give my boss’s card info over the phone and then said they needed a picture of the card as well. Which I understand could just be there policy and I’m totally okay with that but it’s the way the experience was handled that I wasn’t okay with!"
