"Went in on a Saturday (saving grace) at 8 am and had a complete oral exam. My treatment plan was put together and thoroughly explained to me. I had few questions, but if there ever was a point where I didn't understand something the doctor and office staff explained it to me in a different way that I could comprehend. I highly recommend this office for the care, kindness, taking the time to explain options, and most importantly, keeping me out of pain. Thank you for putting your patients first before the money!"

"I have been coming to Dentists of BP for a few years and always had great experiences here. Unfortunately, today was not one of those experiences. For one, my dentist is no longer practicing here. However, the main reason I won’t be returning is because of the bitter assistant that had a very aggressive and unhappy disposition from the start of my visit when she started doing my x-rays. It was almost as if she was rushing/grumpy because it was the end of her day or maybe she just hates her job? Additionally, instead of cleaning my face with the napkin that generally is used for water splashes, etc, she used her gloved fingers to wipe my face. The one time she actually used the napkin to clean my face or mouth she was rough and aggressive. Overall, her body language, tone of voice, and inability to be kind and professional will definitely cause this dental office to start getting bad reviews. Very unhappy with the lack of professionalism this office showed today. I am thankful for the one kind staff member who went over coverage info at the end of my visit but will not be returning due to the poor service. Hope no one else has this experience moving forward."
