Dr. Joseph Rawlins is a renowned dentist located at 5010 Laguna Boulevard in Elk Grove, California. Dr. Rawlins, also known as Dr. Joe Rawlins DDS, MS, has a strong background in dentistry, with a bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Utah and a dental degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Texas.
