"Kids behind the counter are generally nice but the way the whole thing works feels very robotic and lacking of any of that human element that makes something memorable. The food is mostly all very good with good quality ingredients, bread bowel soups are good and the toasted sandwiches are good. You will pay a lot for anything on the menu."

"ETA Service has really improved in the past month or two. Happy to see it!! I come here regularly -- almost daily, as their charged lemonades are better than coffee imo. Unfortunately there are mistakes with about 50% of my orders here....and literally as I was writing that, it turns out they made the whole wrong item for my meal this time. None of my orders are particularly complicated. I don't understand how so many mistakes are made -- and they never offer a discount, or an apology, just a matter of fact "we made the wrong thing, it'll be a while longer" WHUT It's so disappointing. THE reason to go to a chain is consistency, and this location has none."
