"Paid around $150 to get the car some what detailed. I was in the rust to pick it up when I got home I saw that floor mats had sand and back seat had coffee stain and nobody drinks coffee in my car especially kids that ride in the back. I get a better wash for $35 in downtown Walnut Creek on Main. Will never go back, waist of time and money."
"Purchased a detail and they missed one of my tires. Very clearly three tires had been cleaned and one was still dirty. When I came back and asked them to finish the job they refused. I spoke to two managers and they were both rude and gave me excuses about why they wouldn’t clean it. Don’t come here if your car is actually dirty. They’ll do a poor job and cut corners and then refuse to correct their wrong. Also the windshield was incredibly streaky - wonder if they ever heard of windex. Picture of cleaned tire and dirty tire for comparison and of a streaky windshield. All my tires looked like the dirty one when I got there - all were cleaned except one. Terrible customer service. Feel swindled having spent over $200 there. FIND ANOTHER SHOP"
