Designed by architects Irwin Pancake and KTGY Group, Inc., and constructed by Wermers Multifamily and Sun Country Builders, Madera Vista is supported by financial partners including the City of Temecula, Wells Fargo, and the County of Riverside Economic Development Agency. Pre-applications for the waitlist will be accepted starting March 8, 2024, with income and other restrictions applying.

"This place in regards to it's location is good because of nearby grocery, restaurants, gasoline, shopping. But, the laundry room washing machines are all programmed to jettison out the pre wash suds, WAY TOO SOON! Right after you just put your expensive detergent in! You must wait until this stupid, immediate jettisoning of the suds in the initial pre wash cycle passes, and then you need to put the "wash cycle detergent in. I stood and observed this manufacturer's programming problem and the service mechanic agreed with me about it, and told me that it was completely out of his control. But other than that, this place is a decent apartment complex and the swimming pool area features two charcoal barbecues."
