"I got the "Flying Dutchman onion wrap", made sure I said it right, they gave it to me with no onions at first, then "fixed" it and this is what it looked like. Also had an attitude when I told her it wasn't right."

"We visit the drive thru and never have a been treated with bad customer service. I always see smile in all the employees. The young man taking our order was nice and friendly. However, our cashier at the window was not friendly at all. From the beginning we ask for extra chillies, when we got the order I checked and there was only one container of 2 small chillies, we politely asked for more, she rolled her eyes and walked back and forth through the back and finally came back and gave us two more containers. I hope she was just having a bad day buy never have I experienced such behavior at an In N Out"

"You can never go wrong with In N Out. Yes, it's correct that if you come at night time ... they'll likely be busy. I came here tonight at 9pm and the drive thru line was almost to the street but it moved by fast. I was only in line for like 15 minutes. I got the 3x3 protein style burger with chopped chili, fries and a large coke with light ice. The burger was delicious like always and it looked presentable this time. I had it at other In N Out location where they'll mess up on the putting the burger together but I didn't have that issue here. Just remember to not park where the drive thru line is because more than likely you'll get stuck there."
