"Excellent value & great location!! Clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed. The decor is a little dated, but it was a perfect overnight stay whilst driving the Pacific Coast Highway. Friendly & helpful staff. Very accommodating and told us about a few interesting places to visit that we had not known about before. I loved hearing the Sea lions from the Inn and it was a short drive to the docks to see them."
"The service is amazing at this little seaside hotel. The breakfast was good too. It is an old hotel so very dated but has a charm to it and great location. I actually left my wedding ring in the room on accident and they shipped it back home for me. It rolled under the night stand and they found and got it back to me. Can’t thank the staff for being so kind and helpful during and after the stay"
"The bed was good. Barrel Chairs in the room were not fit to sit on. The couch looked good but was broken down in the center. Big room. Updated bath. Breakfast til 10."
"I didn't read previous reviews but did after our one night stay. So here is my take... Clean. Staff very nice. Breakfast very basic...bagels, cereal, fruit, and drinks. No hot foods. View of harbor. Lobby decorated with ocean themes. Close to eateries. Bed was comfortable. Amenities like coffee...shampoo...good to have. Surprised that it gets 2 star ratings. Atleast a 3 or 4 based on my stay. Some reviews would say no way."
"I don't understand the negative reviews of this place. What did you expect? This is a 2 star hotel in the middle of nowhere. The staff was friendly, plenty of parking, huge room, staff provided extra blankets since there weren't crib for my baby. I mean, the breakfast sucks, but there's pretty much every Inn you stay in. It's clean! Stay here if you're stopping by the area!"
