Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge

"Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Great views of the bay and the city. Clean room and quiet surroundings. Shoutout to the chinese lady at the breakfast lounge and housekeeping, super nice and friendly people! Will most likely stay at this hotel again."

"The first room I got on the 6th floor had severe mildew on the lower half of the walls under the widow from wall to wall! Pic attached (I forgot the room number, but they were almost directly across from one another). I notified front office and they got me another room on the same floor room #616. This room had a very small amount of mildew/mold, but on the far back corner of the wall under the windows behind the curtains. It was late, I was tired, and decided it wasn't a big of a deal. I turned the heat on about 72 degrees to cut on and off through out the night. When I woke up this morning about 6a, my throat is red, irritated, I have a cough, stuffy nose, and itchy throat! And the bed smelled like a dog! I have allergies to mold, mildew, and pet dander! At check out I mentioned this to the staff and they waived the $25 parking fee. I will never stay here again. They don't even offer complimentary breakfast. It's $23 per person! Their TVs do not have streaming apps such as YouTube or Netflix, only basic channels. The only thing I can say about this hotel, is the location. It is older, but they have tried to update it. There is a Chevys practically next door, but it was a 2 hr wait until we got seated. Terrible experience overall!"

"This is a basic hotel in a kind of run down area. The staff was very nice but my floor and room reeked of marijuana during my stay. It was also noisy with loud talking outside and facing the freeway. You can hear people through the walls as well as toilets flushing and slamming doors.They do not have key card access on the elevators and stairwells, which should be added for safety, especially at night. I'd prefer to not stay here again."

"I went to this hotel on business. I had a few zoom meetings. Check in was fast and friendly. The front desk staff was great! The hotel looked clean and nice, they were decorating for Christmas. I got in the room and got all set up. The room was clean and tidy. The internet was fast which really is something I look for when booking hotels. The hotel was quiet, I didn't hear anyone or any freeway noise. I had a great view of the freeway and the stores across the freeway. Couldn't hear any cars coming. While I was there it poured rain for a bit and I didn't hear any of the rain noise either! perfect! I didn't sleep there but the bed looked comfy. I'd stay there again!"

"The rooms and views (we opted for a bay view) were 5/5 easily. Very clean and well cared for. The check in/out process through the app and digital key were convenient. The things I did not enjoy about this hotel were the high price for parking along with the noisy convention taking place. Our floor was being used to demo sound machines, which meant lines of people and music blasting throughout the day. Wished they could have had a designated floor for that, which would have made our stay more enjoyable. Also, we visited the bar and had terrible drinks and service. Took about 15 minutes to get helped. Once helped our waitress seemed confused with our order (I pointed out that the items were on their menu) then the drinks services were barely more than a shot of liquid in each cup. Strange experience and wouldn’t return to the bar. With a few changes the hotel could have easily been a 5/5, since we really did love the room."
