"Unreliable. Liars. Needed critical delivery. 24 hours to get from San Jose to Salinas. Called them for delivery window, quoted 12-2pm. Called back at 4:30pm. They said driver en route, next drop, imminent. 5:30pm, driver won't pick up his cell despite 4 attempts to reach. Next day, still not delivered! Liars state they attempted delivery but biz was closed. The delivery site has 24 hr security and guards were instructed to look for this truck and guide to warehouses. Still MIA 10am next day they don't know which driver has it and nobody has shown up to work yet. Unbelievable."
