"I was a patient of Dr Zeng. After he left, I called the front desk. I was told that other doctors in the office do not take new patient. I had to remind them and I was NOT a new patient, just that my doctor left their office. But they don't care. I was still kicked out."

"Kicked many patients including myself to the curb after a couple doctors left. Was told to find another clinic when it already took months to get in to their office in the first place, or for that matter other Stanford primary care offices. Also refused to refill routine medications after this sudden leave. It’s clear they don’t care about their patients."

"I was a patient of Dr. Broads. He was awesome. I was very worried when he retired and my new PCP was Dr. Zeng. Dr. Zeng was also awesome! So all is good until Dr. Zeng left. I was just told 9-18-23 by the female that answered to phone that I need to find a new clinic. She told they are they have lost so many doctors that the ones remaining cannot take on any more patients. What? I have been a patient for over 20 years. I am NOT a new patient. I am an existing patient. I saw things changing and was hoping for the best. But they just dumped me after 20+ years and I had to call them to find out. The practice has taken a negative turn. To bad they lost focus of patient care and loyalty to long time patients."

"This place went downhill after Dr Broad left. He was my doctor and he was an amazing physician who actually cared about his patients (the old-school type who actually cared, one of the last of a dying breed of doctors). The new cohort of doctors at this location just seem apathetic, overwhelmed, annoyed and rushed. They are more like the annoyed employees of the DMV than empathetic doctors who are interested in helping their patients and the community. Of course, the system is also to be blamed too. They have to deal with too many patients, deal with the bureaucracy of Stanford and write a ton of notes, deal with insurance companies etc. Also in general, these days medicine attracts the privileged kids of wealthy families who are contemptuous of the underprivileged and the sick. In fact, their disdain comes across when you go to their office and experience their condescending attitude. They see you as a burden on them and an annoyance, rather than someone they want to help. Afterall, they went into medicine for the prestige and the money (and to appease their parents and families), not to actually help people or the community."

"Disappointed in the quality of service since Stanford took this practice over many years ago. The doctors lack time with patients to provide quality service. I came in for a check up, my blood pressure elevated because of some personal issues that week. Without asking me any questions within 2 minutes of walking in the door, the young lady doctor asks if I would ever consider medication for high blood pressure. Never asked about my eating, exercise, mental health. Straight to pushing medicine before getting to know me. I used to know my doctors by name, had respect for their opinions, now I just see pharmaceutical sales reps in a white coats with no time to develop personal connection with their patients. It would be interesting to know if that doctor financially benefits from prescribing heart meds, to make that offer to me within 2 minutes of walking in the patient room was disappointing and erodes any bits of remaining trust."
