"My son was born 3 weeks early which left me in a bind for childcare once my maternity leave was over - I had him enrolled in a daycare with a start date based on my due date! Fortunately I found Kids Kastle on Yelp with all of the glowing reviews. Michelle got back to me extremely quickly and was my childcare angel accepting my son temporarily. He started at Kids Kastle when he was only 4.5 months old and he had never been with another caregiver before other than my husband and me. I was a nervous first time mama! Michelle and her team Berenice and Amanda worked with both my baby and me to ensure everyone was supported and comfortable. I will forever be grateful to Michelle and for the family environment she fosters. Thank you a million times!"

"I had the pleasure of working for Kids Kastle from 2015-2018, and I can’t say enough good things about my time with Michelle. She is a super supportive, understanding, and helpful boss, who is extremely gifted and amazing to watch when she’s in her zone! She is very hands on with her students and is so much more than just a business owner. She puts so much love into everything she does for her students and staff at Kids Kastle! You can trust that Michelle will take such good care of your children! On top of all that she does for her students, Michelle is also great with her staff. She forms close relationships with all of us and constantly shows us her appreciation through her support and generosity! "Both of my children attended Kids Kastle. They loved being there and thrived. My grandchildren now attend Michelle’s program. Need I say more? I read a review where a parent was upset because her child couldn't acclimate into the program. She was upset because she felt like it was a waste of her time, helping her child adjust to the program. Michelle Service took the time to explain that the child needed more time to acclimate and needed the family to come in with the child as long as it takes. Putting a child needs above the parents expectations; shows me that Michelle truly cares for their child's well-being; giving me a greater respect for Michelle's Service and her program."

"We first met Michelle when my daughter first started daycare at 2.5yo. We loved her the moment we meet her. Michelle is like a grandma to the kids. She loves them but also provides discipline when needed. She definitely provides an optimal learning environment where every child thrives and feels respected.
