"Do not use the dental side of this place. They are rude if you are not Mexican. They will cause unnecessary stress by not fact checking for services offered by your insurance company. They also spend more time talking amongst each other than they do assisting people."

"This place comes off like they go out of their way to make me or my wife/kids feel small. In addition to that, there is no continuity of care. If you see the same doctor a few times, you're lucky. I've seen SO MANY different doctors at this location. I've always got a new GP, to the point that I have no clue who to put as my GP when seeing a specialist/anyone outside of this location. Years ago, a doctor told me I should be doing something more to provide for my familyz, if I was relying on handouts like I was, I wasn't doing enough. I was told by another doctor she didn't have time to hear my problems and I needed to hurry up. I come here because I have to. Not because I want to. I truly wish I were more fortunate and able to purchase better insurance for my family. This is the reality of things, though and it's significantly better than nothing."
