"It has taken me awhile to write this review, as revisiting my son's experience at Rogers is extremely painful. My son was there for five weeks. Five horrible, suicidal weeks. Our entire team at Rogers was uncaring, unresponsive, and unhelpful. For the majority of the time, my son sat alone in a tiny office with self-guided exposures. The program's psychiatrist was remote. We met with him only once per week. He was extremely grumpy and judgmental...the opposite of what a child psychiatrist should be. Due to him being remote and his dismal personality, he didn't know the first thing about my son, nor did he care. The on-site staff were similarly cold and mechanical. During his time there, my son went from an affable and social kid who loved school to a child who went to the emergency room for suicidality. I will never forgive Rogers for this. In case you are reading this review and thinking to yourself "this sounds like sour grapes from someone who's frustrated that her child is struggling"...my son is doing amazingly well now. He is the happiest he's ever been. Rogers preys on families who are grasping at straws, desperate for anything that might help a struggling child. It's shameful. There are so many wonderful (and much cheaper) care options out there. Take heart, there is hope for a brighter future. Just not at Rogers."

"Dr. Who runs the clinic is on a power trip she kicked me out for not wanting to change my anxiety meds within the first week of treatment while my father was terminally ill. Also told my outside therapist one of her reasons for kicking me out was bc I wore pj pants. My dad died 5 days later I'm really glad I didn't let her bully my into changing meds that would've been an even bigger nightmare."

"I am beyond words at my disappointment in Rogers’ customer service. Do not come here for help. They say they take these complaints seriously but after months of getting nowhere with several employees it’s clear they do not. Their lawyer emailed me and has not responded to my concerns and it’s been over 2 weeks. I am looking into filing a complaint with the state over the subpar care regarding psychiatry and their billing. I deserved better and so do other patients."

"My time at Rogers was beautiful. The entire team were very helpful and amazing to me, and helped me out a lot. I was taught many things to help fight my OCD, Anxiety, and ADHD, and it worked, and additionally made me happier. My meetings and the groups I attended there were very informative, fun, calming, and enjoyable, and I miss all of it. Some of my best memories were attained here, and the 3 months I spent here were all worth it. The kind people my age I met here all agree with me too that being here was a great experience. Highly recommend."

"After struggling for years therapists familiar with either autism or anxiety disorders we finally found Rogers Behavioral Health where they understand the intersection between both. It's been an amazing experience for my son. He just ended ended a 10 week course of treatment, and will return to school tomorrow with a level of confidence I haven't seen in many years.
