"I was a student in the Phlebotomy Technician Program at Healthstaff Training Institute from July to December 2023. I was able to receive funding through the Santa Ana Work Center and the WIOA Program. My experience was very positive and Healthstaff Training Institute was one of the best schools that I have ever attended. The entire staff (Toni, Danna, Maria, Ms. Avis) was supportive and encouraging. Ms. Avis made the classes fun and she is a very knowledgeable phlebotomy instructor. The Program includes an externship to gain experience in a clinical setting. At first, I was nervous about going. But after talking to Maria and Toni, I began to feel more comfortable and confident. I am happy to say that I completed the externship and the Program last December. I want to thank the entire staff at Healthstaff Taining Institute and also the Santa Ana Work Center for the amazing opportunity and experience. Thank you!"

"I attended the Clinical and Administrative Medical Assistant Program and let me just say, I had such a great experience. When I first came in I was very nervous, but Toni made me feel like I was at Home. She gave me a tour of the school and answered all of the questions and concerns that I had. Anybody's first day of class can make them feel intimidated and nervous, but Mrs. J and the all CMA students made me feel welcomed. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised to see the great dynamic the class had, not to mention, The lab makes you feel like you are in a real clinic setting!
