"DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! This place is full of scam artists, family member went in for an oil change and was told they “needed” brake pads, then proceeded to charge 400+ for two pads and some bogus $135 “brake fluid exchange”. And the cherry on top is that the check engine light was on when it left the shop but not when it went into it. Please don’t go to this place or you will get screwed."

"Thought I would give this place a try as I was nearby running another errand. Pulled in front to an empty slot. Sat and watched one guy smoking a cigarette pretending not to see me right in front of me. Waited a couple minutes and then parked in a spot behind me. Went inside to see if I could get help. Very snarky rude girl. Decided to leave and go to a place with better service."

"I needed a tire repair, I had originally gone to another shop that said they could get me in on my lunch break. The wait was going to be over an hour, which I didn’t have time for, so I called Mountain View and spoke with Shannon. She said come on by, we’ll take care of you. They were so nice, quick and efficient!! My tire is fixed and they had me in and out and back to work in plenty of time! I will definitely be back here not only for quality of service but for the excellent customer service. Thank you for saving the day!!"

"Was moving from Carlsbad CA to Las Vegas NV when I caught a flat in Wildomar CA. Because it was New Years Day, all the tire shops in the area I called were closed so I was thankful Mountain View Tire & Auto Service was open! Manager Shannon was very kind and worked with me on a price for a single tire, Tire tech Danny replaced my tire quickly and even loaded my belongings back into trunk after putting my spare back. 10/10 Thank you!"
